I have known Paul for approximately 8 years, initially in relation to the excetional recommendations made on his behalf from staff having attended his negotiations skills training, then as a participant myself, and later as a freelancing Trainer/Facilitator for Negotiation and Influencing Skills, at two different organisation where I worked as head of Staff Development prorams.
What distinguish Mr Dunn, in my view, is his mastery of the cognitive dimensions of behaviour change and learning. He seamlessly interjects his knowledge within his teaching approach. Similar, he has a versatile understanding of different cultural, learning and change management issues which he easily adapts to with tact and humour.
I have no hesitations to recommend Mr Dunn in any past or future subject area as I am confident he is keenly able to adapt and customise the learning process to a vast array of different organisation objectives.

I have worked with Paul Dunn for many years and have total confidence in his ability to design and deliver engaging and creative learning events that are memorable for participants at all levels. At all times he is sensitive to the needs of our business, the diversity of our population, and demonstrates the values of our business. He has designed and delivered workships for leadership engagement, customer service, personal effectiveness, trainer skills, facilitation skills, communication skills and presentation skills.

Paul Dunn did an absolutely amazing job at helping us re-model our International Forensic Training program.
Fundamental to the program’s success was the train-the trainer session and coaching that Paul also provided. Our trainers are senior professionals from various countries (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) and they found huge benefit in attending this session which focused on communication but also personal effectiveness and presentation skills. Paul was able to focus corporate content needs to a multi national context and able to coach across multicultural elements to provide a systematic approach across borders.
Being a subject matter expert doesn’t necessarily make you a good trainer, but having a better understanding of how adults learn and best interact in a multicultural environment added tremendous value to all involved. Our trainers are doing a better job and are enjoying this part of their role even more so than before. Feedback from the people being trained has been exceptionally positive as well.
Barbara Legg, Chief Operating Officer EMA Risk Consulting KPMG Forensic
On behalf of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE), we have hired Paul Dunn on several occasions over the past 4 years to provide training courses (training of trainers, presentation skills) and to help us with the re-vamping of our 5-day Orientation Programme that all new international hires of the OSCE participate in.
We have had very positive experiences with Paul. The training courses had a visible impact on participants. As a result of their attendance, they altered their presentation styles, even alterted the presentations they regularly give to newcomers, they developed a fresh, more positive approach to their role as a presenter and the postive feedback still comes back to me today.
I recommend this team to you without any reservation. We will certainly use their services in the future and I look forward to a continued close co-operation.
Lena Moll, Learning and Development Officer, OSCE
In the last 18 months I have worked with Paul on a number of Leadership Development initiatives as part of a Global drive to imbed effective Leadership programs throughout our Regional offices at RB. This included the design of our FLM and MM courses and High Performing Team Tools and then the associated drive to up skill the Global HR community to enable them to facilitate in the desired manner.
Firstly, he is a fantastic coach. He embodies the true qualities needed in a coach, which he is able to extend to all levels of hierarchy and cultures across all our regions with an appropriate flex in style. I personally seek his expertise in this respect for my own purposes, outside of the business needs, for this very reason.
He also has a terrific philosophy on what effective leadership represents and is able to articulate this very effectively, again to all levels of business. His insights in this respect from a course design and facilitation point of view is second to none to anyone I have dealt with.

Innovation; fresh ideas; a new approach. Paul Dunn and his team have provided training and support for many of our staff over the past four years to enable the provision of effective internal training to their colleagues. They have also designed training courses and training activities which have never failed to leave participants with a smile (of enjoyment) on their faces and parting comments such as best course I've been on and why can't all our training be like this. The reassuring aspects of their approach are that it is firmly grounded on proven concepts and ideas and, more importantly, it works.
Andrew Rogals, Director, Allied Irish Banks Capital Markets
Paul and his team have helped us to improve understanding of the financial side of business using an accelerated learning style. Without exception, all delegates said that they had learned about their sections of the business and the real implications of their decisions on the bottom line. The projects resulting from the training were able to save the business significant amounts of money and this would not have happened without the input from Paul.
Vivian Sadler, Senior Training and Development Manager, Oxford University Press
If we can get learning happening like this in more training departments we would significantly improve our business results. These guys practice what they preach - Accelerated Learning at it's best. If you are looking for learning results the philosophy and approach by P3 is definitely a path worth taking.
Sarah Trought, Training Manager, BMW
The Workshop will make you realise that what you may have thought was best practice (i.e. what we habitually do) is just good practice. If you're prepared to challenge yourself to be more creative and more open, you'll discover that the leading edge has moved and you'll get excited to move there. It's hugely rewarding as learning professional and participants in your workshops will be hugely rewarded.
Antony Poole, Director, BBDO Worldwide
Brought to (real) life everything I had already read about the subject, but in such a way that I don't think I will ever be able to forget it! The class is an accelerated learning experience, but you're so busy having fun you don't realise it at the time. I was able to immediately implement my learning back at work, and received loads of unsolicited positive feedback. I now know how important it is to manage the experience of learning for people as much as putting together what it is they need to learn.
